WHAT DOES THE ERC DO WHEN IT MEETS?
We bring like-minded people together to network and to hear informative speakers. We expand our understanding of important local, state, national issues, and offer a learning opportunity to friends and other community members. Programs include panels, office holders or—during a campaign season—some who seek a partisan or non-partisan office. See for yourself. Check out our Events page where future events are announced. You’ll also see a long list of past events.
ARE THERE OTHER REPUBLICAN ORGANIZATIONS SERVING THIS AREA?
As far as organizations, yes. The Michigan Republican Party has official, elected committees in every U.S. Congressional district. It also has official, elected groups in each Michigan County, including Wayne.
DOES THE ERC FINANCIALLY SUPPORT POLITICAL CANDIDATES FOR OFFICE?
The ERC does not solicit or receive funds to support candidates. That is a role for fund-raising organizations such as the separate ERC-PAC.
