Political consultant and entrepreneur, Barrett C. Davie, will discuss “Winning” at the Eastside Republican Club Forum, 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 18, at The War Memorial, 32 Lake Shore Rd., Grosse Pointe Farms.

Davie is founder of Surus, a mission-driven development company providing technology, data, guidance and support in communities across Illinois. Its stated goal is to shape narratives on important issues and build trust with voters resulting in increased turnout and election victories.

"As a former candidate for the Illinois State Senate, Mr. Davie knows the challenges of running for office in a blue state,” Renee Strobl, chair of the Eastside Republican Club, said in a statement.

“Consequently, through entrepreneurial spirit, he has developed strategies for winning as well as devised ways that party delegates and other citizen activists can engage with voters," Strobl added.

Forum doors open at 7 p.m. for coffee and networking in advance of the meeting. The public is invited at no charge.
